Halloween Things to do 2013
There are so many things to enjoy this Halloween across Brighton including with a variety of spooky activites for the family including ghost walks and crafts as well as great nights out for you and your friends with live music, Halloween party games, immersive theatre and great classic horror films to get you in the mood! Here are some of our haunted highlights!

Shocktober Fest is an interactive and immersive Haunted Adventure, with six main Haunts, including the infamous ‘Haunted Hayride’, four very unique haunted house experiences and NEW for 2013 ‘Woodshock … Rottin since 69!’ in our haunted cornfield.
Halloween Event at Borde Hill – Borde Hill Garden – Weds 23rd Oct – Sun 3rd Nov
Dragon & Pumpkin Trails, Witch’s House, Face Painting, Storytelling, Crafts & Activities. Late night opening until 7pm on 30th October, with a Pumpkin Carving Competition.

If you are bored of all your local haunts, stake out the fun at Drusillas Park over the Halloween period. We’ve conjured up some fang-tastically spooky surprises to keep your little horrors half term happy.

A ghoulish tour of the most haunted parts of The Lanes. The early evening walks are aimed at family, with a few ghoulish goodies for the children to chomp on. However, the walk is not exclusive to families and younger members, everyone is invited along.

As the second most haunted city in the country, (the MOST haunted being York), Brighton will certainly has it’s share of things that go “Bump” in the night and it’s Ghost Walkers could find their tours frequently interrupted by glimpses of the phantoms whose stories they tell! The first tour is suited to kids.

Following in the tradition of the notorious Grand Guignol Emporium’s resident repertory company present a theatrical anthology of things that go bump in the night and lurk under beds to set your pulse, and imagination, racing.

Calling all the persecuted, suspected communists and witches, and the paranoid and conspiracy theorists: Don’t sit at home wearing your gas mask and waiting for global warming, chemical weapons, alien invasion, fascists, the war and the plague, overcome your fears by dressing as them and dance them away.

The House Of Grand Parade have gathered together to celebrate the passing of seasons, banding together a troupe of performers to bring you a truly horrific evening of entertainment. Fancy dress is not compulsory, but highly encouraged!
Simon Price & Richey Watson play trad goth, Hallowe’en anthems, a bit of bad-ass rock, and industrial music, from “Ghostbusters” to “Bela Lugosi’s Dead”, plus classic horror projections and general stupidity.

This Halloween the new chill out/lounge bar will come alive at ‘The Creepy Crunk Up’. Strictly no costume – no entry! Showing Halloween in the Clocktower cinema from 8pm, dress up, drink out of pumpkins, eat spider pizza all in our creepy cinema… ghosts included.
Sing and haunt the night away as our DJ spins spooky covers & classic songs! There’ll be special Halloween drinks such as “Wicked Witches punch” & “Monkey Brain” shots, Tricks and Treats for all, Fancy Dress Prizes & classic Halloween games with a grown up twist!!!
Spooky Stiltwalking, Zombie Gymnasts, Sexy Vampire Queen show, Fallen Angels-The Good Girls Gone (Very) Bad Burlesque, Bewitching Fire Dancer, The Trick or Treat Girls, Killer Thriller Stage Show, Hell’s Angels Fire & Spark routine and get ‘Back to Black’ with Laura Nixon as our ‘dead famous’ celeb Miss Amy Winehouse.
Madame Geisha will be transforming into a haunted house for one night only with: Apple bobbing for FREE, Halloween shots, prizes for best dressed, LIVE actors, Halloween Cocktails and a INYAEAR ghost train running to and from Uni campuses!
A bizarre bonanza of deathly Carny folk with all its eclectic passion, fury, and humour. Find yourself drawn into their hypnotic world. Cut loose to the far side of reality, relax in a coffin and make friends with the dead. A night to remember, a place you’ll never forget, where the future is past and yesterday hasn’t been!
Screening of Carrie followerd by a 70s Horror Prom! Themed twisted cabaret & circus sideshow acts, displays of telekinesis and an eclectic mix of electro-swing, rock ‘n’ roll, prom tunes, punk, movie tracks and more from our resident TT DJs!
Shooshh will be taken over by Zombies, Devils, Witches and other gruesome creatures who will bring the spooky, the ghostly and the ghoulish to life. The venue will be complete with a Trick or treat Balloon Drop, Creepy Cocktails, Graveyard Dance Floor and a Spooky Stage Show… fun and frights to set your heart racing!
