SUNNS: another sell out show?

The Canadian four-piece, SUNNS, return to Brighton this summer. After their sold out show at The Prince Albert last year, the electro-rock guys are back to play at The Haunt which is predicted to be another complete sell out.

SUNNS are back on tour this year to promote their new album, Images Du Futur. The album is set for release on March 5th prior to the beginning of their US tour. The four-piece will then begin their six city UK tour, starting at one of Brighton’s favorite venues. Along with an extensive tour and new album, SUNNS have already released their new single “Edie’s Dream”. They directed the video for the single themselves and recorded it in the same area where they wrote and recorded Images Du Futur. The new album slightly steers away from the electro style of their previous “Armed For Peace”. Newly released, “Edie’s Dream” uses a combination of singer Ben Shemie’s gentle whisper like voice and a subtle rhythmic beat to reflect the lonely woods image and nightmare theme of the single. The 2013 tour is expected to a be a big hit, so get your tickets now to avoid missing out on witnessing this up and coming band.

SUNNS will play on Monday 13th May, their support act for the UK is yet to be announced. Tickets are priced at £9 advance – plus a booking fee. These are available from Resident Music and online through Seetickets and Wegottickets.
