.The Great Escape– Three days of running around the city, from one venue to another following a rigid time schedule with no dead time between one stage to another, the only breaks you are allowed are to eat, drink and wee.
.Brighton Fringe is England’s largest arts festival with over 650 events in 490 venues across the city. From large public spaces to pop-up pub-theatres the Fringe takes over our city and our diaries in May.
.Brighton Festival has become one of the major milestones in the cultural calendar and the country’s leading and most progressive mixed-arts festival.

Saturday:

.Fringe City FREE outdoor showcase: from comedy to cabaret, music to puppetry and theatre to visual arts, sample the best of Brighton Fringe 2013.
.The Brunswick Mile of Bric & Family Fun Day – The event will provide an opportunity for local Not For Profit & charity organisations to promote their work, feature arts & crafts stalls showcasing the talents of local artists and crafts people, alongside stalls for local residents selling bric a brac.
.St Ann’s Well Gardens Spring Festival –  Fun and activities for all,music stage with local bands,rollerdisco,skatepark,Brighton School of Samba,Adur Concert Band, market stalls,arts and crafts,nerfwars,karate taster sessions,drama,kids fun zone and much more.
.Sugarcraft Exhibition– Displays of wedding and celebration cakes, sugar modelling, sugar flowers

Sunday:

.Spring Seedling Swap – There will be vegetables, herbs and more for growing spaces of all sizes, plus family-friendly activities.
