Brighton Spiegeltent Returns for Brighton Fringe 2015

Published On April 19, 2015 | By We Love Brighton | Brighton Fringe 2015

This May, Brighton Spiegeltent once again takes up residence in the beautiful Old Steine Gardens in the heart of the City for the duration of Brighton Fringe 2015

The Spiegeltent’s antique mirrored dancehall will once again provide a magical setting for a rich and varied programme of contemporary performance, live music, spoken word and cabaret from Brighton and the world with 140 performances!

The Spiegeltent gardens are free for everyone to enjoy and the legendary Spiegelpub is open throughout serving the finest drinks and refreshments, run by local company and Spiegeltent partners Drinkinbrighton. Fantastic food is on offer from Sams of Brighton, Spade & Spoon and wood-fired pizza comes from The Hearth in Lewes. It’s sure to be one of the best beer gardens in town with an on site Fringe box office, fun and games, curious surprises and free entertainment!

The most exciting change to the Spiegeltent site this year is the addition of a second venue, a vintage circus tent called the Bosco Theater from Amsterdam. The Bosco Theater was built for the Bosco Circus in 1909 which included Cupido the clown and Nora the Donkey! and has spent its life on the road ever since!
