Brighton’s newly opened The Lantern Theatre is putting on a number of creative workshops for kids during the May half term week as part of the Brighton Fringe and we’re giving one reader the chance to win 2 places on a workshop of their choice.

Choose from:

Write and Draw your Own Storybook10am on Sun 24th May & Thurs 28th May, for ages 9+ & Sun 24th May at 3pm for ages 5-8 – Create and put together your own storybook with the writers of the smash hit children’s book Worrisome Wilf’s Beastly Bedtime.

Make and Perform Your Own Puppet Show – Tues 26th May at 2.30pm – In this fun and practical workshop using household and recycled objects the children will learn how to make a puppet and create and perform a Puppet Show.

Make and Perform Your Own Movement/Dance RoutineThurs 28th May at 10am – Ages 8-12 – Led by professionals, children will learn to put together their own dance routines in this creative and dynamic workshop.

Make a Move on Your Mobile10am on Weds 27th May & 2.30pm on Thurs 28th May – Ages 8-12 – Is your child the new Danny Boyle? In this workshop Children will put together a movie on their mobile phones, a unique and exciting opportunity that is not to be missed.
