64 Degrees

Created by chef owner Michael Bremner, the philosophy is that the food rules, the kitchen is the heart of the restaurant, the chefs are its lifeblood and centre of all the action. Diners can gather at the pass and look into the melting pot of the kitchen as the chefs prepare their meal.
The concept behind 64 Degrees is slow precision cooking, resulting in highly imaginative dishes that are intended for sharing. Forget the traditional idea of starter, mains and pud, simply grab a stool at the counter and watch the chefs rustle up culinary adventures spanning Kimchi chicken wings with blue cheese, smoked haddock with house egg and leeks to deliciously flavoursome baked winter roots with hazelnut foam.
