Christmas Partywear For Her

Published On December 7, 2015 | By Bethanie Lunn | Brighton Style

The festive season a.k.a. party season is here and with all the invites flooding in, what’s a girl to wear? Follow my tips for inspiration on Christmas partywear for her …

There is so much choice this season from dazzling partywear, from bodycon numbers to embellished floor length gowns. If dresses aren’t your thing, jumpsuits or skinny jeans with a sparkling camis and tuxedo jacket give you a more tailored look. The latter options make it easier for you to go straight from office to party too by simply swapping a sharp shirt for your glittering top and brogues for heels. If you want a more playful and dramatic finish to your outfit, wrap up in a faux fur coat in a pastel or wintery silver shade.

Accessories & Footwear

We all know high heels complete a party look but if you’re on your feet all night, choose either block heels which are much easier to walk in, or glittery flats – both are gorgeous. Look out for special details such as holographic, glitter or metallic finish with a matching clutch bag for a cool co-ord look.

Finally, pull together your outfit with jewellery. Mix up styles such as studded cuffs with pretty diamanté bangles and stack them up or for a ladylike vintage spin, adorn a faux fur tippet with vintage brooches and opt for chandelier earrings as well.

So you’ve got everything sorted, now all you need is the best accessory of all – a glass of prosecco!
