March is upon us and spring is in the air at last! New chefs surprise us and old favourites continue to delight and once again we are able to offer a mouth-watering range of dining adventures. Here’s another selection of what’s looking very tasty this month.

This one promises to be very special and lots of fun; many of you will know Tapas Y Más & Crocus Paella from their wonderful street food at Street Diner, at Brighthelm Garden, Queens Road on a Friday. Now’s your chance to get the proper evening treatment – paella just how it’s meant to be and some extra special Spanish guitar.

So join them for a unique Spanish experience in a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Brighton, with amazing Spanish Classic guitar by Fergus Paton. Fergus is a talented and versatile guitarist who plays a selection of romantic music from the Spanish repertoire influenced by Classical, Flamenco, Jazz and popular music. A culinary journey through the flavours of Spain with the music to match – surely that will help bring on a feeling of summer!

With spring very definitely trying to make it’s mark, this event seems to be just what we all need! Join the wonderful Lizzie Bett for a Modern British Spring Feast, using local seasonal produce, and a few global influences, in the Garden Cafe, St Ann’s Well Gardens.

Just have a look at some of what’s on the menu to showcase the skill and creativity on offer: there’ll be such verdant victuals as poached salmon rilette with smoked eel, Cox applle & radish salad and buttermilk dressing; shots of whild garlic and pea soup with creme fraiche and watercress oil before a main of citrus & garlic slow-roasted Saddlescombe lamb with a white bean mash.

The team behind this pop-up are producing some of the most creative menus we’ve seen with absolutely no compromise on the quality of ingredients and preparation.

Round of this truly unique spring special garden-party with rhubarb and pistachio praline and say tally-ho! – on into a glorious British summertime!

If you would like to enjoy a really very special culinary experience then this is definitely for you! You may well have heard of Ed Heller, (a.k.a. ‘That Chef Bloke’) as he has been wowing Brighton diners for a while now with his mouth-watering and startlingly original cooking. He has teamed up in Brighton for a second time now to make Heller and Moore.

These two award-winning chefs from Hampshire (Heller – Michelin Bib, AA rosette, Moore – Michelin Star, AA Rosette) with a passion for creating dining experiences and food which reflect their personalities and the very best produce on offer. For their second outing in Brighton they’ll be creating another 3 amazing courses for £33… Plus delicious before and after treats! Playing on their strengths they will be delivering an imaginative menu with hints of wild produce foraged by their own forager. Truly not a dinner to be missed!
