Innovative Tasting Menu

We’re pretty sure that dining doesn’t get any better than eight courses of amazing food from a Michelin trained chef. Head down to The Set restaurant in Regency Square to experience a real treat for your tastebuds. Chef Alex Bond, formerly of two-Michelin starred restaurant Sat Bains, is cooking up some beautiful, innovative modern nosh, following his philosophy that food is meant to be enjoyed and loved as both a social event and an experience.

Alex says: ‘All I ever want to do is cook. I love feeding people and I love making people smile with food. We might not be changing the world but everybody’s got to eat so why not enjoy it.’ Try for yourself.
