Enjoy a welcome drink – a glass of delicious Ridgeview sparkling Sussex wine – then feast your senses on five flavourful courses of gastronomical excellence. Journey from scallops with butternut squash and rosemary oil, to pork loin and salt-baked celeriac, before a lemon and thyme sorbet with a chocolate fondant crescendo.

Combined with Isaac’s unique immersive approach – live cooking food in front of his guests – this evening promises buckets of atmosphere and a culinary masterpiece to enjoy.
