Phoria combine lush instrumentation, innovative structures and heartfelt climaxes to deliver an intense and often uplifting experience.

With influences ranging from Sigur Ros, Cinematic Orchestra and Radiohead, Phoria have already shared the stage with Gorillaz collaborators Little Dragon and Britpop legends Dodgy, as well as rising stars like Anchorsong, David’s Lyre, Her Name Is Calla and A Genuine Freakshow. They were also recently voted Brighton’s 7th best band of all time by XYZ magazine.

The success of this release has accelerated the production of the new project ‘Bloodworks’, which is scheduled for release in the Autumn of 2012. Phoria will be performing live as part of ‘At The Edge Of Everything’ event in the ICCI 360 dome Weymouth as part of the Olympic celebrations. They have developed a sensational audio-visual show for this, making them one of the first acts to use this technology as part of a concert. Expect exciting and unexpected collaborations at this event…!

The band are now managed and mentored by Beatitudes ( Beatitudes is the brainchild of Ciara Nolan and Claire Sully. With over a decade at EMI records, Ciara has worked on creative projects for the likes of David Bowie, Dame Shirley Bassey, comic book artist Robert Crumb and literary cult figure Hunter S.Thomspon and his partner in crime Ralph Steadman (amongst others), she has also been mentoring and managing Nordic Giants for the last few years. Claire Sully is a Marketing Specialist and Festival Organiser with a firm footing in the world of cutting edge digital & social media, innovative creative technologies, film and art.
