The Secret Festival 2015
The Secret Festival is brand new music festival held in autumn. The festival will consist primarily of music with a smattering of arts and various stalls including body and face art, henna, bespoke cotton candy, visual arts and film, raffle, glow-sticks, balloons and more. The main aim of the festival is to highlight the best new and emerging bands, as well as talented acts we love and support.
Brighton Early Music Festival
Brighton Early Music Festival has landed with its 2015 programme, which will be one of the country’s largest celebrations of women – as composers, performers, inspirational characters, muses and symbols – starting this weekend, it’s not one to miss.
Saturday
Sci-Fi Film Weekender
Featuring the Alien Photo Booth, all weekend bar, stone baked pizzas from local indie Pizzaface, Boho Gelato and of course popcorn. As part of the Cityreads, This pop up cinema has a galactic array of Sci-Fi films with something for everyone.
Art Junky – Affordable Art Fair
Art Junky is the indoor market that combines our love for quirky jumble sale culture with local artistic talent showcasing a selection of unique and affordable craft, artwork, vintage and found treasures. Alongside super Art Junky stallholders, the regular stalls, cafe’s, shops and artist studios at The Open Market will be open and selling their wares.
Best of the Fest (Brighton Comedy Festival)
Does what it says on the tin. The cream of the crop come together to make up one huge night of hilarity. Line ups will be announced soon, so keep your eyes peeled for some cracking good times ahead.

The Fairy Tale Fair, Halloween Half Term Special
The Halloween half term special will feature over 40 local stall holders as well as many magical extras. These include a free spooky treasure hunt, free craft making table, face painting, live dancing and lots more! Kids (and big kids) are encouraged to come along dressed up to get into the Halloween theme!
Black History Family Fun
This year Brighton & Hove Black History is engaging in family-friendly educational and creative activities that bring our city’s diverse past to life. Exhibitions, talks, music, dance, arts, film, story telling and workshops. Also learn about Thomas High Flyer, a 12 year old African slave in Brighton.
Richard Hawley
Richard Hawley kicks off his longest tour in three years at the Dome, performing tracks from his latest album Hollow Meadows. Hollow Meadows is an album full of exceptional songwriting, beautiful melodies and harmonies, and some of the finest lyrics and vocals Hawley has ever written and recorded.
