We’re all being spoilt with another bank holiday! If you inexplicably get bored of lounging around or chilling on the beach then there’s a whole host of music, festivals, family events, club nights and more besides to help make the most of that glorious extra day.

The largest festival of its kind in the south of England. Local producers, growers, restaurants, bars and food retailers showcase the fantastic food, drink and hospitality to be found in the city and surrounding Sussex. Don’t miss the ‘The World’s Largest Cheeseboard’ in Hove on Sunday!

Dr Blighty lates at the Royal Pavilion

Dr Blighty is a free immersive installation featuring soundscapes, projections and theatrical experiences. Open extra late this weekend until Sat 28 May. Dr Blighty recalls the efforts of the Indian soldiers who fought for Britain in WW1 and the 2000 who came to recover in Brighton. Don’t miss the magnificent laser light show taking place every evening at 9.30pm!

PIRATE WEEK!

Raise the Jolly Roger and set sail for Pirate Week at Spring Barn Farm all May half term. With a whole host of activities to keep the little one’s entertained including bouncy castles, treasure quest and of course, water wars.

Pinocchio

A Night In… Double-Oh Heaven

After a sell-out show last year, Double-Oh Heaven returns to the Spiegeltent. Expect Bond Girl burlesque, skilled circus acts and show-stopping live renditions of classic 007 themes, served with a dash of titillation and a double measure of glamour.
