Original Valentines Day Gift Ideas
I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to see any roses or chocolates on Valentines Day. This may sound awfully bah humbug of me but I’m looking for more thought and less predictability from my other half. I’ll be doing the same for him after all!
If you relate, read on for my round up to give you oodles of inspiration for original Valentines Day gift ideas…

Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas
Classical
Brighton-based Designers Makers, DesignSoar and Claudia Made This do hearts yes, but in the coolest possible ways.
The Orange Heart Earrings, £4 are made from polymer clay and I love the alternative colours to the usual pinks. There are many more heart earrings and lots of other styles available in their shop:
The T-Rex brooch is laser cut from cherry wood with a red acrylic heart, or you can have a diamond shape instead. Visit the shop online here.
Clothes
TOPSHOP at Churchill Square has plenty of novelty gifts, lingerie and shoes.
For the men – TOPMAN is brimming with sharp shirts and cool cufflinks. I, however, have my eye on this cute t-shirt, Love Is My Drug Tee by Goldie, £28. If you’re single and ready to mingle or want to cheer up a friend who is with the wrong guy, get the Dump Him Tee by Tee and Cake, £22.
Foodies
Choose the We Go Together Valentine’s Day Cookies by The Whimsical Cake Company, £19 or how about the impressive Valentines Beer Bouquet by BRO-QUET, £37.
Every Valentines beer bouquet contains a handpicked selection of real ale, craft beer and craft lager from some of the UK’s most exciting small and independent breweries, plus a bar of chocolate to wash it all down with. Both available at Not On The High Street’s website.
The most important gift
For the lovely couple who seldom get the chance for romance or indeed for your other half who deserves a night ‘off’, print out this Babysitting Voucher and give them the fabulous gift of time!

Happy Valentines Day,
