Located close the city’s famous Pavillion, Bella, with its modern style designed to mirror Brighton, will feature quirky artwork which draws on the brand’s Italian heritage. Opening on 30 March 2016, there’s been £250,000 invested in the new restaurant, creating 20 new local jobs and a great dining experience.
The secret to making a weekend get-away, day trip, lunch or dinner out perfect is finding that ideal spot to unwind and enjoy great food in good company, and at Bella North Street locals and tourists alike can be sure to find something to suit their taste, from crisp pizzas to delicious bowls, pasta and Bella’s succulent grills – and of course the fabulous Gelato is not to be missed.
As well as the amazing design and welcoming team, there is the ensemble of Italian producers – mixing authentic flavours only found in Italy to make every occasion special. A combination from ‘Agnesi’, Italy’s oldest pasta maker family and ‘San Vincenzo’, a family-run business producing Southern style cured meats, to the favourite Bella treat of many, fabulous and amazing real Italian Gelato, all the way from ‘Gelateria Callipo’ in Pizzo.
