In its new Hove venue, BPS will also be introducing dynamic group reformer classes. Reformer classes are challenging, effective workouts that enhance all rounded strength, posture and elasticity.
Ana Barretxeguren, founder and studio manager said:
“We’re really excited to be moving into the our Hove studio this week. It will give us the possibility to expand our fitness and rehabilitation Pilates programme. The large new premises will allow us to offer studio classes on equipment, dynamic Pilates reformer classes, mat Pilates, Garuda and yoga as well as therapy rooms for osteopathy and massage. It’s fantastic to be able to meet the growing demand from a spacious and light studio, and so centrally located next to Hove station.”
