5 Castle Square
Opens Monday 9th December

Be At One are opening a new cocktail bar in Brighton on 9th December on Castle Square. This is the second venture outside of London for Be At One, which is led by three former bartenders who opened their first bar together in 1998.

Operations Director Andrew Stones says,

‘We are incredibly excited about moving into Brighton because we feel we can really bring something to the already thriving bar scene. We have a fantastic team who have been training with us for the past two months who are raring to go and we have created nine full-time jobs with the opening of this bar. Moving to Brighton feels really natural for our business because of the inherent sense of community within the city, something which can sometimes be missed in London.’

What makes Be At One different from other cocktail bars is their focus on the holy trinity of fantastic cocktails, served by friendly staff in an excellent atmosphere. Be At One only employs full time staff who have great personalities and a passion for excellent service. Eight weeks of training is carefully invested in each team member at a cost of £5,000 by putting them through a comprehensive training programme to ensure all employees are world-class bartenders. The programme consists of learning over 200 cocktails, liquor knowledge, free-pouring, multiple order-taking and serving great quality cocktails in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.

Be At One has 19 other bars which are located in in Battersea, Richmond, Covent Garden, Balham, Hammersmith, Putney, Soho, Clapham Common, Spitalfields, Shoreditch, King’s Cross, Monument, Guildhall, Smithfield, Fenchurch Street, Islington, Reading, Wimpole Street and Russell Street, also in Covent Garden.
