64 Degrees

Created by chef owner Michael Bremner, the philosophy is that the food rules, the kitchen is the heart of the restaurant, the chefs are its lifeblood and centre of all the action. Diners can gather at the pass and look into the melting pot of the kitchen as the chefs prepare their meal.

64 Degrees Brighton : imaginative dishes and quality wines

The concept behind 64 Degrees is slow precision cooking, resulting in highly imaginative dishes that are intended for sharing. Forget the traditional idea of starter, mains and pud, simply grab a stool at the counter and watch the chefs rustle up culinary adventures spanning fresh pasta with truffle and yolk, pheasant with pear and squash to deliciously flavoursome chalk stream trout with togarashi and dashi. They also offer a vast choice of wines whether it be sparkling, red or white from a whole range of countries including Pinot Noir from Australia, Grenache Blanc from France and Vermentino wine from Italy.
