A short stroll out of the City centre Bardsleys award winning Brighton fish restaurant is definitely worth the walk! The business has been in the family for four generations, originally founded by the great grandfather of the family Ben who moved into the Brighton area in 1926.

Chips are hand peeled and chipped, made using a carefully chosen potato sourced from a farm within 20 miles of the shop.
