Sip on Pimms, nibble on sandwiches and fill up on scones and strawberries while admiring a restoration project that nods to a bygone era’s fashionable society past. The Regency Town House is the perfect architectural accompaniment to an evening with some of the town’s best known writers.

If there’s one place that knows how to put on a pop-up with a difference, it’s Brighton. And this one won’t let you down. Take a journey through a modern, seasonally inspired menu and taste pastry like you’ve never experienced it before –interwoven throughout five delicious courses.

Not just a sweet menu, this food will bring out the best of seasonal fruits and vegetables, complementing natural sweetness and alluring summer flavours. Sample delights such as rosemary smoked nectarine, slow roasted carrot with lemon verbena and rice vinegar meringue with rose, strawberry sorbet and celery.

Experience the diversity of Indian food and discover a world of subtle and exciting flavours with the help of your chef, Priya Deshingkar.

Priya was born in London and brought up in Delhi, she spent many years in the southern Indian city of Hyderabad and learned authentic Indian cooking from her family. Drawing on this melting pot of north Indian cultures and cuisines she serves up distinct delicious gastronomic experiences at her Deccan Tiffin supper club.

Guests for this pop-up can expect regional Indian cooking prepared from scratch with the freshest ingredients and finest attention to detail. Past events have been described as a ‘performance of tastes, textures and colours that makes even the best Indian restaurants seem predictable’.

Treats in store for this event include classic Delhi lamb chops marinated in green papaya, lime, black cardamom and spices and prawns in coconut sauce and Malwani masala.
