June’s Top 3 Pop Up Restaurants in Brighton
As the summer starts in earnest we’re excited to be able to welcome longer days and warmer evenings with a host of special suppers. With local wines, food, and talent, Brighton shines in our June pop ups!
Fine dining amongst the vats and barrels of the Bolney Estate Winery
We have a truly special event coming up from Masterchef finalist and Brighton favourite Sven Hanson Britt. Sven prides himself on working with the season and the landscape, producing dishes that strike a chord with their setting.
And as settings go they don’t get better than our beautiful South Downs and the Bolney vineyard, located just outside Brighton. This family run vineyard produces award winning wines from the finest Sussex soil and sunshine.
For this event Sven has teamed up with the Bolney experts, matching delicious foods with their perfect pairings. A wine for each dish and a dish for each wine, it’s a Sussex symphony!
Location: Bolney Wine Estate
