The Brunswick

The Brunswick has been transformed through an extensive refurbishment programme to become the premier live music and events venue in Hove. By encouraging local groups, they run a range of classes including acting, singing, painting, language and wine tasting. This has established the Brunswick pub as a significant part of the Brighton & Hove music scene and the local community.

This multi-purpose venue and pub offers two live event and function spaces, equipped with professional-grade sound and lighting, each hosting hundreds of shows every year. The spaces are also available for private bookings for special occasions including birthday parties, wedding receptions, work events and more.

More recently, the Brunswick also hosts two award-winning escape room experiences upstairs, the Bewilder Box Escape Rooms. This fun and exciting experience is available to small groups of 2 to 15 or larger groups of 20 to 100 people, perfect for corporate work events.

As for food, Brunswick works with Fred’s to offer the best of Mexican street food from Monday to Saturday, packed with fresh, local ingredients. Plus, a traditional British roast is served every Sunday.

With a large garden and many meeting rooms, the Brunswick can offer space for most clubs, societies or social groups. If you’re looking for somewhere to host your book group, yoga class, dance class, debating club, and so on, give the pub a call, or simply stop by.
